Simons offers complimentary consultations and estimates for designing new and remodel projects, as well as construction observation services to provide clients total home creation services.

Since 1994, Simons Architecture has designed numerous homes from 1,500 sq. ft. to 10,000 sq. ft. and received the honor of Multiple Entries and Awards in Albuquerque's Homes of Enchantment Parade.

Construction Planning Services

Governmental Jurisdiction
Simons has long term relationships in place at city, county and state planning departments to help any construction procedure move smoother and faster. Basic planning services are provided in the design estimate to help owners learn government requirements for the project before the design is finalized. Extended planning services are provided by the builder or through Simons Construction Observation Services.

Architectural Review Committees
Simons has extensive experience designing projects within organized architectural standards and assisting owners during the review the process. Architectural Guidelines are reviewed with owners prior to providing an estimate for architectural services.

Construction Observation Services

Owner-Builders often choose to manage the construction of their personal home with the support of their Architect through a COS contract. Many find significant savings on their budgets, while receiving more control over the pace of their construction schedule. Owner-Builders receive a complimentary consultation and a separate estimate for these services.

Construction Observation Services include: Schedule & Bid Consultation, Multiple Site Visits (beyond design services), Consultation at Sub-contractor or Vendor Meetings and Consultation for securing building permits.
