Parade of Homes

Since 1994, Simons Architecture has received the honor of Multiple Entries and Awards in the Albuquerque Area parade of homes, called Homes of Enchantment Parade. Home tours are complimentary and open to the public during weekends each October.

One of Simons Architecture's custom home designs was featured in the 2005 parade. It offered over 6,000 sq. ft on three levels with a guest casita and pool, priced over $1M and located in one of Albuquerque's greatest gated golf communities, Sauvignon.

In 2003, a Paradise Hills (West Albuquerque) custom home, designed by Simons, impressed hundreds during the Parade. A nice family-sized design (photos shown on this page) around 2,800 sq. ft., priced at $375,000, boasted an impressive use of space and views, and captured the Buyer's Choice Award. This is the parade's award of all awards -- as it is chosen by the touring public and those really shopping for the ideal home, rather than a panel of local builder judges. This home received so many purchase offers that the owners sold the home for a nice profit and rebuilt.
